Benefits Academy™ Log On—Call In—Learn

The vast majority of Animal Hospitals and Clinics have an employee responsible for administering benefits who, unfortunately, has no formal education or training regarding employee benefits administration. We believe that it is our responsibility to educate our clients and improve the overall environment in the industry.

The Benefits Academy™ is a webinar based education program designed to improve the knowledge base and practice of our clients’ Benefits Administrator.  Additionally, the academy can be used to educate the employees at a single group.

Offered quarterly, our interactive webinars address administrative
issues such as:

  • Benefits Admin 101
  • COBRA/ State Continuation Requirements
  • Consumer Driven Health Plans
  • Section 125 Plans for Employees
  • Renewal Readiness
  • And more …

Participants are encouraged to ask questions and share best practices. Typically one hour in length, the presentations are offered multiple times so that groups in every time zone have a chance to participate.
